Walgreens trip

I ran to Walgreens this morning.  They have some great deals this week with lots of Register Rewards (RR).  We really needed TP (sorry if TMI ;)) & kitchen bags.  Hubbie wanted Pringles.  They were on sale plus I had a coupon so he was in luck! :)  I used a $5 off $25 purchase coupon.  The fine print on this coupon is that $25 must be after all coupons.  It worked but took some time for me to work the math to make sure it would work.

here's a summary:
1 gallon of milk ($2.29) [I didn't want to make another stop to save 20 cents]
3 cans of Pringles ($1.33 ea. minus $1/2 coupon)
2 Quilted Northern ($6.49 ea. minus $2/2 coupon)
4 lbs. of sugar ($1.99)
kitchen bags ($6.99 minus $1 coupon plus $1 in RR)
2 Herbal Essences [2 different transactions] ($2.99 ea. minus $2 coupon plus $4 in RR=FREE!)
Vaseline Sheer Infusion Lotion ($6.99 minus $1.50 coupon plus $7 in RR= overage!!) :) :)
ChapStick Effects ($2.99 minus $3 in RR=free!)
Gillette Fusion Razor ($8.99 minus $4 coupon plus $6 in RR= overage!!)  [this will be sent to the troops b/c my husband uses electric]
Halls Refresh cough drops ($1 minus .75 coupon plus $1= overage!!)

Total out of pocket spent: $33.53 PLUS $18 in RR...

or $15.53!!!! :)
