I made this for dinner tonight. I had in on the 8 hour setting on our crockpot and cooked it for 6 hours and it was too long. I'd suggest cooking this on low for 3-4 hours.
I didn't have any stuffing so I toast 4 pieces of bread and buttered them & used them in place of the stuffing.
