Recycling + bargains = FREE food!!

We had several bags of bottles and cans that I took to the recycle place this morning.  I got $13.26 & off I went to the grocery store.  Here's the loot I got a Ralphs today.  They are still doubling $1 coupons until Thanksgiving.

FREE items with coupons:  icing, 2 beef broths, sausage, Yobaby yogurt and one package of potatoes.

The turkey was only $5 and 10 lbs. of potatoes were 99 cents!!!

I'm donating both of these to a family which we've adopted for the holidays.

Grand total for all of this was $13.18!!! 

I gave them my recycle credit worth $13.26 and they gave me 8 cents back!!! :)

Plus I earned $2 on a future purchase for buying two Finish dish washing soaps.
